→ Regularly evaluate progress towards goals.

Growing up as the child of immigrants, I experienced firsthand the unique challenges and triumphs of navigating different cultures and identities. These experiences ignited my passion for promoting mental health and well-being in Los Angeles, particularly within marginalized communities.
My journey into the field of mental health was deeply influenced by my upbringing, where I witnessed the resilience and strength of individuals facing adversity. Through my work, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, heal from past traumas, and cultivate empowerment.
When I'm not in the therapy room, you can find me advocating for mental health awareness, traveling and exploring diverse cultures and cuisines, or spending quality time with loved ones.
